Tues and Thurs: 12:00pm – 1:30pm
Tues and Thurs: 6:00pm – 7:30pm
Saturday: 10:00am – 11:30am

Kung Fu & Lion Dance Classes:

Beginner Kung Fu Classes (Updated)

Tuesdays: 7:30 pm – 9:30 pm
(with asst instructor: Jerry Hum / Kheng Tang)

Thursdays: 7:30 pm – 9:30 pm
(with asst instructor: Jerry Hum)

Sundays: Class 1 – 1:00 pm - 3:00 pm
(with asst instructor: Jan Ian Chow)

All students are expected to arrive 15—30 minutes prior to the start of class for individual warm up and stretching.

Children's Kung Fu Classes
(Starting January 11, 2010)


Tuesdays: 4:30 pm – 5:30 pm

Thursdays: 7:30 pm – 9:30 pm

Saturdays: (family class) 10:00 am - 11:30 pm

This is for children 6-12 years old. All students are expected to arrive 15—30 minutes prior to the start of class for individual warm up and stretching.

This class involves the following:
technical training – balance, hand to hand techniques, kicking techniques, breakfalls (learning to fall without getting injured)

Forms – a set of techniques pre-arranged in a “dance-like” movements.

Women's Self Defence Classes
Mon. 6:30pm - 8:00pm

Advanced Kung Fu Classes
Wed. 8:00pm - 10:00pm

Lion Dance Classes
Fri.: 8:00pm – 10:00pm
